No. 2981 'Sue'

No. 2981 'Sue' is another home-made locomotive built in 1977 using Wickham target trolley frames and wheels. She is powered by a Reliant Regal car engine and gearbox, and with 4 forward gears is capable of quite a turn of speed.

Sue was built to a railbus type design, and in the early days of the railway was used for passenger services on quiet weekends.
